Chris put out the sprinkler to water the grass after a company came out to treat it for weeds and put down some fertilizer. I am sure our neighbors are excited because our lawn has looked horrible for a long time. This was the first time Ash had seen a sprinkler. She immediately stripped off her clothes and said "it's raining" over and over again. She cracks me up! Chris, Averi, and I had a blast watching her. Couldn't help but take a few pics!

My great-grandma passed away this last Tuesday. We will all miss her so much, she was an amazing lady! My step-brother was given emergency leave to come home from the Marines to attend the funeral services and spend some time with family. It was so good to see him!! As much as I hate pregnant pics I had to get a few with him before he headed back.

Chris and I chaperoned Averi's school field trip to Conner Prairie yesterday. The weather turned out great. Conner Prairie definitely isn't my thing it entailed a lot of walking and learning about history, but regardless we had fun with Ave and her friends. Wish her school went on more than one field trip a year. Ave took all of these pics except the ones of her of course.

My mom, step-dad, and grandma came over to our house for dinner to celebrate Mother's Day. I was unable to do it on Mother's Day because I had to work so we did it the following Thursday. The weather was great and so was the food, of course because I cooked it :) I am very thankful to have such a great mom. I am one lucky girl!
