We went to see Dr. Mazurek yesterday for Ashley's 1 year check up. She weighed 25.6 lbs keeping her in the 95%. She was 30.5 inches long bumping her down to the 90%, that is the lowest she has been! As for her head, well....that still isn't on the charts, but Dr. Mazurek says we are getting closer! Maybe next time... Dr. Mazurek also heard a heart murmur when she listened to Ashley, so we are going to see a cardiologist August 10th. Hopefully everything will check out ok.
Ave, Ash, and I met up with Melinda and her kiddos and Kim and her girls at the Monon Center to hang out at the pool. It was a hot one!!! The kids had a great time. Her are a few pics!

We had a great Father's Day. We went to visit my dad and grilled out. Then headed to my mom's to visit my step-dad. We grilled out there as well. If you are wondering... yes, we do eat a lot. LOL. We played some volleyball and hung out. It was great!!

Ashley's party was a blast! We had so many great friends and family show up. Ashley is such a loved little girl. It was so fun to watch her eat her cake and open her gifts!!! All the kids played on the swing set and in the bounce house. Wish I would have gotten some pics of my parents they were all so busy helping us out. I know I say this a lot, but I am so grateful to have such wonderful family and friends. I couldn't have pulled it off without their help. My sister-in-law, Jodi, made the delicious buffalo chicken dip and pretty much cleaned up my entire kitchen after the party. She is so amazing. My dad brought the potato salad and baked beans, my step-dad helped Chris with the grill, and my mom of course helped with pretty much everything. I still can't believe my baby is going to be 1 on Thursday. This last year has been amazing. The best year of my life!
