We have finally decided!
Our new baby boy will be named Alex. We haven't decided on a middle name quite yet. It will be a "J" name, just not sure which one :) I will post it as soon as Chris decides!

I had my ultrasound on March 1st. The entire gang came. When they told us it was a boy Chris's face lit up! He as so excited. I really didn't care either way, but am really glad Chris got what he wanted. We are sticking with the "A" names so thinking about Aidan or Alex, but going to call him AJ. He measured about 5 days bigger than expected, but we are keeping my original due date of July 25th. Everything looked good which was a huge relief to me. I can't wait to meet my new little man.

Chris and I took the girls to New Pal's skating party with the Hurst Gang. Let's say it was an interesting night. Ash was horrible!!! She didn't like having skates on, but wanted to walk on the skating floor. She almost got ran over multiple times and when we wouldn't let her go she screamed like we were ripping off her extremities. Ave had a good time. She gets better and better each time we go. And it is always fun to chat with Melissa, we always have so much to talk about. Next outing tonight at Incredible Pizza :)

Getting Stuck in the Snow!!!

On my way home from work Sat morning everything was going great until I reached Hancock Co. The roads were great everywhere else, but 2 miles from my house. I was driving along and all of a sudden the snow was like 2.5 feet deep. Let's just say my car came to a complete stop. So I called Chris and told him I was stuck. Not that he could rescue me in his very little car, so he called his dad that lives about 10 min. down the road. In the meantime, a very nice man in a truck attempted to help me out and accidentally pulled me into a ditch about 6 inches from a telephone pole. So there I stayed for about 3 hours. Chris's dad finally got to me around 1130 that morning. I had to leave my car there until they plowed the roads because it was just too deep to pull it out. And to top it all off my phone died while I was sitting there. I had been up for about 28 hours by the time I got home and had to go back to work that night. I was exhausted!!! I guess things could have been worse. I am so grateful to everyone who tried to help me, especially my father-in-law. It makes you realize there are still some very generous people left in our world.

Update
Wow....it has been a long time since I have updated, call me Melinda :) My grandma asked me if I had updated because she was worried something was wrong with her computer :) So I thought I better update while I have a few days off. We haven't done all that much in the last month. I am now 14 weeks pregnant and doing well. Ashley is growing like a weed. She is so much fun. She has such a big personality. I can't get enough of her. Chris and Ave are also doing well. Hopefully I will keep up the blog a little better now that the nausea is getting better.
